At, Sleynor we strive for excellence in every detail. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Returns that do not meet these standards may be refused.
Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized products or gift cards.
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact our Client Services team with your order details to receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
